What is the procedure?
The vacancies as and when arises are advertised in leading newspapers/s and / or Employment News keeping in view Govt. of India guidelines for recruitment. The advertisement is also displayed in IDBI Website. Applications received in response to the advertisement are scrutinized as per the advertised eligibility criteria and eligible candidates are called for written test and / or interview as per the selection process. IDBI also recruits Management Graduates, CAs from campus.

What
is the procedure for summer placement
in IDBI
The
bank accepts 2/3 applications for
summer projects from select Management
Institutes, every year, during the
months November-February. The Management
Institutes are required to forward
resumes
of the students, with the 1st semester
marks and the graduation marks. After
scrutiny of
the applications, the students are
shortlisted, based on our internal
assessment. The selected students
are offered projects during the month
of April-July, for a period of 6-8
weeks.

unit.
IDBI
caters to medium and large scale
projects. Small scale industries
come under the purview of Small
Industries Development Bank of India(SIDBI).
