to open a Fixed Deposit Account at any of

In
the absence of the above an introduction
by existing account holder or by the existing
banker will suffice.
Additional Requirements
In
addition, proof of PAN/GIR No. or Form
60 (only for cash deposits) would be required.
For accounts in the name of minors, a copy
of the birth certificate of the minor would
be required. Foreigners resident in India
would additionally require a photocopy of
the passport with a valid visa or work permit.
